Your address, what kind of ADU you're considering (detached, garage conversion or attached), who it's for, and a rough budget. If you're in an HOA, have your CC&Rs handy. Photos of the backyard or garage help but aren't required.

What happens next

1. We review zoning, setbacks, easements and utilities for your lot.
2. We visit, measure and talk through layout and budget.
3. You get a written estimate for design, permits and construction.
